        I cook because I believe there's a divine force behind food that can transport our souls to an elevated dimension other than our present physical form. Growing up in Kentucky food was a religion. Southern folk live to eat and the flavors in Southern cuisine were created to excite the taste buds and blissfully rest in the stomach. Southern food is peace on earth. I aim to blend the line between Southern food and food that can cure. Food is health.
